Description

The website's appearance wasn't so much designed as evolved. We should replace it with an intelligent design.

The emphasis here is on making things non-frustrating for users, though it'd also be good for it to look better. #8 is part of this.

This has been partly accomplished by #28, #9, #40, and the work described in #8.

Further improvements are ticketed as #52, #53, #55, #67, and may come along as more tickets still.
