info page should link to vnc when "a paravm" is running as an HVM

When a machine is marked as a paravm in the database but the user boots it up from a CD, it boots as an HVM while leaving the database alone.

Then the info page sees type='linux' in the database and gives a message about the serial-console server rather than linking to the VNC page.

When the machine is running as an HVM, the info page should link to VNC. I'm not sure at what step of the chain I want to fix this.
