I kind of doubt that we can actually boot a ParaVM off of an install CD. We should come up with some option instead to make ParaVM a viable option for clean installatinos.

    1 Is it possible to do an install of a ParaVM guest through a boot CD? Will a boot CD even boot without some special kernel magic?

    3 We should try to figure out how to make custom installs possible so that ParaVMs aren't restricted to what we can debootstrap.
     1We should be able to create ParaVMs through the web interface and probably have them backed by some sort of debootstrap-ing configuration, because it would be nice to offer more options for the guest OS than the ones we feel like building golden images for.
