ParaVM Creation and Install

We should be able to create ParaVMs through the web interface and probably have them backed by some sort of debootstrap-ing configuration, because it would be nice to offer more options for the guest OS than the ones we feel like building golden images for.

I kind of doubt that we can actually boot a ParaVM off of an install CD. We should come up with some option instead to make ParaVM a viable option for clean installatinos.
