Trac should have access to the SVN repository

Description
Trac only support local subversion repositories. Someone wrote an extension for remote ones (http://www.meadowy.org/~gotoh/projects/remote-svn-plugin/wiki) but a quick attempt to install it found it slow and broken.
The solution is probably to move the web interface to a new non-database VM on black-mesa (which is good for security reasons) and move the Trac to sipb-xen-dev.
